Intern - Tender And Contract Engineer

-Assist in preparing tender costings and standardizing tender templates and documentation.


-Support the coordination and management of tender submissions, ensuring that all tenders are handled professionally and in compliance with requirements.


-Communicate with internal and external parties regarding tender criteria and status updates.


-Help monitor and record contract extensions and price structure amendments.


-Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors in support of the tender and contract team.

-Final year student pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.


-Proficient in the MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


-Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.


-Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a self-driven and proactive attitude.


-Capable of managing work priorities and completing tasks within the given deadlines.
