Internal Audit & Compliance Executive (Fresh Graduates welcome)Assist superior in all internal auditing matters.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare audit assignment, lead audit fieldworks, attain root cause of control deficiency, develop recommendation for improvement, issue draft audit communication letters and draft audit report.
Interview appropriate management members and staff, review corporate and departmental policy and procedures, and evaluate the effectiveness of control processes.
Identify operational inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses and non-compliance to company policies and procedures.
Develop competencies in audit related areas such as COBIT 5 frameworks for IT audit standards.
Assist in Enterprise Risk Management.
Assist in ISO Management.
KNIME and R development on periodically audit or data analysis.
Responsible for the general administrative work of the department.
Uphold Institute of Internal Auditor's (IIA) Code of Ethics - Integrity, Objectivity, Confidentiality and Competency.
Any other duties as assigned by superior/management.
Qualifications:
Strong English and Mandarin writing and speaking skills.
Possess at least a bachelor's degree and above.
Positive working attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic computing knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
