Internal Audit, Executive / Senior Executive

Responsibilities Perform thorough and objective risk-based audits to assess the significance and adequacy of internal control system.Assist in the development of appropriate audit programs and identification of common audit findings and emerging trends.Perform analysis and evaluation of compliance with statutory requirements, laws, company's standard operating policies and procedures.Identify root causes and develop appropriate audit recommendations to enhance internal controls and suit the changing needs in business and operational environments.Present findings to affected managerial personnel, explaining findings, providing advice on internal controls and acceptable practices for continual improvements.Prepare internal audit reports and perform follow-up audit on reported findings to ensure that management actions are implemented for closures. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree / professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or equivalent.Experience in internal and/or external auditing will be an added advantage (minimum 3 years of relevant experience for the Senior Executive role).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Possess strong organizational skills, sound judgement and good critical thinking and analytical skills.Able to work independently as well as a dynamic team leader and/or team player.Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
