Responsibilities:
Execute tasks in alignment with the established audit schedule.
Conduct thorough inspections of outlets, including outstation visits, to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
Perform comprehensive audit procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, SOP evaluation, criteria development, evidence review, and process documentation.
Prepare and present detailed audit reports on findings, highlighting areas for process improvement and addressing critical issues with follow-up to ensure effective resolution.
Provide support to management in the completion of audit assignments.
Conduct audit-related investigations as instructed by management.
Effectively plan, prepare, and execute audit programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma / Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience (preferably in the F&B industry or related).
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Possess knowledge of quality management systems, including HALAL, MesTI, HACCP, etc.
Good teamwork spirit and commitment to work.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
A valuable team player and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Willing to travel for outstation purposes, including KL & Klang Valley Outlet.
