Reporting to Service Sales Manager Internal Sales Support (1 year contract) Job Description
Provide product information, technical documents and advice related to product and services that best suit the customer needs Prepare quotation, close sales, assist the sales team with order placement and ensure that short term goals and objectives are met Offer high level of service to meet department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, Maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management System of Kelvion. Qualification
Certificate or Diploma in Engineering background 1 year experience OR fresh Graduate are welcome to apply Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Computer literate Excellent verbal and written communication skills
