Monitor Business Extension Performance Growth and progress
Manage strategic relationships with business partners (Food Panda, Grab Food, etc.)
Liaise with vendors on all promotions and menu updates
Develop and liaise with relevant departments for promotion, menu, and POS integration
Propose and plan promotion strategies to ensure monthly targets are achieved
Prepare weekly sales reports with promotion analysis and outlet performance updates
Manage reports related to business extension sales, marketing, and customer-related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, and spending patterns
Develop, educate, and enforce online SOP for better operational execution
Coach and guide the operations team on online platform issues
Conduct weekly competitor analysis
Education Programme and Catering Project Lead
In charge of event or catering arrangements and execution
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure service provided meets customer satisfaction
Manage location and space arrangements with outlets
Prepare quotations and follow up on payments
Plan and arrange stock, labor, and production
Ensure delivery of quality products
Submit monthly sales reports to Finance
Liaise and work closely with local authorities or government bodies on business-related matters
Build rapport and networking
Maintain legal documentation and information
Customer Services (Feedback and Relation)
Liaise with customers on feedback received for recovery processes
Handle incoming calls from customers
Coordinate with the operations team
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Economics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent
