Internship - Compensation & Benefit

What Will I be Doing?
Assist on monitoring the Assignment Remuneration Update Form (ARUF) submitted to HR Operation to ensure it is actioned within the given timeline.
Assist on preparing leave calculation for resignees and follow up with line managers on the last physical date.
Follow up on letters with ASK HR and thereafter submit the letters to Head of HR, Head of SSC, Head of Department for signature via One Span.
Assist to monitor the queries raised by employees on Compensation and Benefits via C&B mailbox.
Assist C&B Specialist in ensuring the ePfile is maintained and documents are in place.
Assist C&B Specialist with Excel reporting (e.g., VLOOKUP data).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
