Internship Construction Project Management/ Civil Engineering/ Quantity SurveyorPlay a supportive role to the Project Manager (PM) and Resident Engineer (RE) to produce workflow structure with regards to defining the structure of communication and workflow processes and procedures for the major aspects of design and supervision for the Work Package (WP).Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure project success.Facilitate, coordinate and manage the Consultants, Design Team, and Site Team to ensure timely and quality completion of the works to prepare documentation of different stages of services as applicable - Value Engineering, Tender Stage, and Construction Stage.Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.Quantity Surveying RolePrepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.Contract Administration including Pre and Post Tender Administration.Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.Assist the project manager in proposing and carrying out alternative engineering proposals.Responsible for design documents preparation and submission.Liaise with the client for any design and implementation matters.Ensure all design works comply with project specifications and quality management systems.Work closely and assist operation to ensure seamless project execution.Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.Remuneration and Bonuses
