About the Role:
As our Customer Experience Intern, you'll be at the forefront of our Travel & Expense management systems, specifically Concur.
Your mission?
To ensure smooth operations and top-notch support for our global clients.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Customer Support Mastery:Handle incoming calls, live chats, and tickets, addressing issues related to Concur.
You'll strive to resolve issues swiftly and escalate when necessary.Operational Excellence:Execute daily activities with precision, adhering to the highest standards of financial control and compliance.
You'll ensure top-notch service delivery within set KPIs and SLAs.System Savvy:Manage system configuration files and coordinate changes in master data.
Your expertise will contribute to maintaining system integrity and efficiency.Stakeholder Collaboration:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.End-User Assistance:Help users navigate Concur, answering queries about its functionalities and processes.Continuous Improvement:Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing system enhancements and sharing your knowledge with the team.Who We're Looking For:
Education:Undergraduate degree students from reputable Malaysian universities studying Business Studies, Finance & Accounting, Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.Language Skills:Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding) is a must, as you'll be providing support for our employees based in the China region.Interest:A passion for customer service and desk support, with a keen interest in working within a shared service center for a global organization.Commitment:Availability for a 6-month internship within this year.Why Join Us?
