Internship (Finance & Accounting)

Assist with the following tasks under guidance/supervision:



-Data entry, bookkeeping and accounting tasks;


-Preparing financial statements and reports;


-Audits and financial analysis;


-Bank reconciliation, SST preparation and submissions;


-Account payable and receivable function;


-Monthly accounts reconciliation and month-end closing preparation;


-Invoice verification in reviewing and verifying invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy before processing; and


-Provide administrative support to the finance department and undertake any ad hoc tasks support when needed.

-Currently pursuing Bachelor in Accounting or Finance


-Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin 


-Must have the internship module as part of the course completion requirement 


-Minimum 3 months of internship


-Strong desire to learn and good team player


-High attention to detail and meticulous with accounting tasks 


-Ability to prioritise urgent tasks and work with a sense of urgency


-Basic knowledge of accounting technical skills such as accounting standards 


-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel) and AutoCount is preferred


-Added advantage accounting software knowledge (AutoCount) 


-Able to travel to our office in Kepong
