-Provide administrative support and assistance to the Department.


-Organize and maintain files and records.


-Follow up on action items and coordinate with the manager


-Able to maintain strict confidence and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.


-To assist in the full spectrum of the department and related functions.


-Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.


-Data entry


-Liaising with various departments.


-Prepare sales documents and update the CRM system.


-Organize and maintain sales records and contracts.


-Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.


-A can-do attitude is a must.


-Has good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant.
