We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Branch Support Service Assistant role (Service Scheduler/Planner) to join our team.

You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.
In this role you will be responsible for: Assist to pickup inbound calls.
Assist to handle complaint calls.
Perform appointments calls to confirm service appointments.
Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc.
Docket compilation, prepare service schedule.
