-Dealing in Risk Management, Financial Planning services both Takaful and Conventional 


-Dealing with customer on analyzing their financial status and recommendations


-Conduct Fact Finding analysis of customer needs and wants to propose what best suits them.

-Involved in company administrative workflow


-Constantly identify new strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements. (e.g., prospecting through tele sales and mobile sales activities which include cold calling, attending sales launches, roadshow, referrals and inquiries. 


-Participate, plan and support sales activities. (e.g., marketing visitation/appointment, sales presentation on mortgage. 


-Assist client with mortgage application process.


-Achieved individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of branch target.
