Internship For Human Resources

Job ResponsibilitySupport and manage Human Resources portfolio - Recruitment, HR Services & Performance and Rewards.
Support recruitment team in the sourcing of candidates.
Publish job opportunities in appropriate job boards.
Perform resume screening and phone screening to candidates.
Evaluate the match between the candidates and the job opportunities - requirements established by Hiring Managers.
Support recruitment team in scheduling interviews.
Conduct reference checks and recruitment administration as part of the hiring process.
Ad-hoc task.
Job RequirementsMandarin speaker candidates preferred.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Setapak, work from office.
Internship position for duration of minimum 3 months.
Have a positive and growth mindset.
To be a pro-active member of the Human Resources Department.
Desire to take on new challenges.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
