Responsibilities
Utilise CRM tools (MessageBird & Hubspot) to build strong relationships for better customer experience
Overlook the day-to-day operations, including logistics, performance tracking, and merchant support through the backend of the e-commerce site (WooCommerce)
Cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product to the moment the buyer receives the products.
Resolve issues and requests by making necessary adjustments in the company's e-commerce system.
Data entry and sorting for logistics and operation-related data to maximize efficiency within the budget provided.
Gain hands-on experience in building a business
Develop real-world skills like project management and effective communication to build your own profile
Have the opportunity to be a permanent member of the team
Work directly under the co-founders and will have a direct impact on the organization and growth of the company.
