Track employee attendance on a daily basis and record late-in and/or early-out.
Track employee leave records and ensure employees apply for leave in the system.
Collect employee feedback on the current benefits package, provide suggestions, and source for suitable vendors.
Talent AcquisitionAssist with campus recruitment.
Assist with physical career fairs.
Arrange interview sessions, liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
Talent & Organization DevelopmentHelp source team building providers and coordinate team building activities.
Liaise with department managers for orientation sessions.
AdministrationArrange courier pick-up, handle visitors, and answer phone calls.
Maintain office equipment and supplies.
Prepare new joiner welcome kits.

Bachelor's Degree in any field with a strong career interest.
