Job DescriptionTasks:Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document the specific requirements for foreign worker services, ensuring that all needs are met effectively.Process Mapping: Develop clear and structured process maps for the end-to-end management of foreign worker services, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing support.Tool Readiness: Assist in identifying, setting up, and testing practical tools (checklists, templates, forms) that will facilitate efficient service delivery to internal customers.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for all processes and tools to ensure clarity and accessibility for future reference, including guidelines and standard operating procedures.Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from users and stakeholders on the effectiveness of the processes and tools and recommend improvements as necessary to enhance service delivery.QualificationsCandidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource/Business Administration/ related field.Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.Required skill(s): -Strong attention to detail with a focus on processes, requirements, and tools.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new tools quickly.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Joining date: January 2025
