Internship In Human Resources (Recruitment)

Job Description Tasks: Assist to schedule interview session and follow up with stakeholders.
Prepare offer letters, extension and shortening letters for interns.
Facilitate on new hire onboarding process.
Assist in profile completion for interns and back-end processes for recruitment.
Prepare document for expatriates.
Projects: Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type Help to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment  Qualifications Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource/Business Management/Business Administration.
Preferable  6-8 months of internship compulsory commitment.
Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Intermediate Microsoft Skills and Good communication skill.
Joining date:  January 2025


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
