Help in preparing quotes, renewals, and policy changes.

Learn and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service and confidentiality.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field).
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools and databases.
