Finance Internship Job Description
1.Record and Update Fees:
   - Track parents' and tutors' commitment fees from cash/online transfers daily.
   - Reconcile receipts with bank statements.
   - Update payment tracking for invoicing purposes.
   - Record payments from other mediums like Senangpay, Billplz, and Stripe daily.
2.Reconcile Payments:
   - Reconcile payments received from platforms like Ipay88 for invoicing and payment tracking.
3.Key in Receipts:
   - Enter customer receipts into the Aa Finance system, ensuring amounts match and documents are attached.
   - Record expenditure receipts in the system, verifying amounts and supporting documents.
4.Customer Query Management:
   - Assist with operational and administrative tasks.
   - Handle and direct incoming internal and external calls.
5.Perform Other Duties:
   - Carry out daily administrative tasks (e.g., photocopying, filing, assisting with mail).
   - Provide support to managers or other areas as needed
Admin Internship Job Description
1.Lead Management:
   - Collect and consolidate leads** from Facebook and Google.
   - Screen leads to ensure only valid ones are passed to the customer service team.
   - Distribute leads based on manager's allocation and maintain accurate updates in the caller database.
   - Update caller progress regularly in the database.
2.Tutor Profile Management:
   - Prepare tutor profiles thoroughly before presenting them to parents.
   - Update and maintain accuracy of existing tutor profiles.
3.Fee Management:
   - Share receipt of commitment fees from parents with the designated person in charge.
Human Resouce Internship Job Description
1. Recruitment Support:
   - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
   - Help screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
2. Onboarding:
   - Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new hires.

   - Support HR team members in any other tasks or projects as needed.
