Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with supervisors to fulfill assigned tasks and ensure seamless departmental operations.
Assist in managing administrative and business operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Compile and analyze data to support informed decision-making within the organization.
Streamline the flow of administrative processes, implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
Provide vital support to the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
Offer assistance and support to staff members, addressing needs promptly and proactively.
Contribute to business development initiatives, participating in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
Engage in strategic discussions to promote growth and innovation within the company.
Job RequirementsA final year student or recent graduate.
Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask.
Cope well under pressure.
