Internship - Logistics & Supply Chain

Work with the Operations team to provide seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
Process customer's orders/ inquiries timely and accurately.
communicate discrepancies/ issues to Manager when necessary.
Proactively alert 3PLs and customers in the event any service deviation from standard transport mapping.
Responsible and familiarise with track and trace systems.
Continuous update thtough communication channels on current status from 3PLs.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements Final year students in Supply Chain/ Transportation/ Logistics.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
