Internship - Procurement Department - Medical

Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general file, typing, data entry and completing and processing data for analysis for procurement department- Organize all procurement activities related to request for proposals and price quotes- Process requisitions into purchase order and any resulting change orders- Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability and delivery- Communicate with suppliers and vendors with orders, delivery, and invoicing- Sourcing for quotation from vendors, prepare price comparison and clarify specification whether meet requirement- Organize and maintain computerized records containing vendor information and product pricing- To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:- Can speak and write generally well in Bahasa Melayu & English.- Well verse with MS Excel, MS Word & MS Powerpoint.- Able to perform task assigned either independently and in a team.- Willing to learn and highly committed.Working Hours:- 9am - 6pmOr may contact direct to HR PIC 011-21117102 (Syira)- **SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE CONTACTED, IF NO NEWS FROM US IT MEAN YOU ARE NOT SELECTED!**_**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
