Responsibilities:Assist the procurement team in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Support in preparing and issuing purchase orders for goods and services.
Help maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and update the inventory levels, ensuring stock availability.
Assist in vendor negotiation and communication.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and monitor trends in the procurement market.
Assist with maintaining procurement documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.
Requirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic workplace.
