The internship program is designed to provide real-world experience which will enable you to put everything you have learned into action and at the same time to support our growing business.
You will also be provided the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with department managers & C-suites!
Ultimately, you are provided an opportunity to secure a permanent role with us upon completion of your internship!
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Provide support and assistance to the Purchasing department in its daily operations.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in the SAP system.
Take responsibility for conducting various purchasing activities.
Prepare purchase orders promptly and accurately for merchandise and supplies.
Follow up diligently with vendors and suppliers to track orders and invoices.
Maintain meticulous records of purchases and ensure accuracy.
Complete any ad-hoc tasks provided.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Preferably a candidate who possesses or is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or related fields.
Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-driven, ability to work as a team & work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products & IT-savvy.
