Job description :Assist to handle administrative duties like data entry, document preparation, and filingAssist to prepare and maintain necessary shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentationAssist in processing orders, ensuring proper documentation, and verifying shipping informationTo handle day-to-day administration dutiesAny ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate superior from time to timeJob qualifications :Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalentOpen for an internship position for a duration of 4 - 6 monthsGood command in EnglishHigh level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possibleRequired skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Applicants must be willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang
