Year 2025 available internships placement Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities.
Possessed good knowledge and tactical skill in each study area.
A passion for area of study and Oil & Gas Industry.
Tasks: Recruiter Assisting with scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings.
Managing candidate records and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Collecting CV and update in Elsa database Preparing job descriptions and updating career portals CV conversion Creating content to promote job opportunities and the company culture.
To properly do research of market potential for new business, such as Data Centre industry Learning & Development Assisting with internal training sessions for new hiring practices.
Gaining exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies in hiring.
Operation Supporting procurement processes by researching suppliers and comparing costs Draft agreement for consultant Helping for onboarding process (booking for accommodations, transportation, copper booking, etc) Assist on the documenting follow standard Elsa talent SOP.
Learning and Development Attending workshops or training sessions to understand operational strategies.
Gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
