Job Scope:
Daily Inventory Audits:
Conduct daily inventory audits at each branch to ensure that stock levels match with system records.Perform spot checks on high-value or fast-moving items to verify accuracy.Stock Receipt Verification:
Check the system daily to ensure that branches are receiving stock shipments as scheduled.Investigate and report any discrepancies, such as missing or delayed stock.Branch Issue Inspection:
Audit branches for potential issues, including verifying the accuracy of petty cash balances.Ensure that all financial records, including petty cash, are accurate and reconciled.Report Documentation:
Prepare daily reports on inventory audits, highlighting discrepancies, issues, and overall stock health.Include photos in the reports to document any issues with product displays or branch conditions.Branch Display and Stock Usage:
Inspect product displays to ensure proper arrangement and to identify any potential issues that may affect sales or customer experience.Ensure branches are not misusing company stock for personal use or any unauthorized purposes.Branch Compliance:
Monitor branch compliance with company policies regarding stock usage, receiving, and display.Investigate and report any unusual stock movements or missing inventory.
