Inventory Officer

-Manage process of ordering and storing of components in warehouse, ensure all products are quantified and categorized correctly


-Perform components physical inventory check in warehouse and service center to ensure the accuracy of in-out components are in line with inventory report and system


-Monitor and predict potential inventory problems (e.g., components inefficiencies or excessive surplus, logistic issue)


-Work closely with service provider on picking activities


-Monitor logistic processes from warehouse to service center across Malaysia and resolve lost/ damaged delivery if any


-Manage warehouse administrative matters


-Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior and manager when required

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent


-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position


-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent


-Excellent oral and written communication skills
