Job Responsibilities: Responsible to support global bidding projects by analyze customer bidding documents such as Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quotation (RFQ) to identify the needs and design the cost-effective innovative solutions including technical compliance, network design & network dimensioning, technical proposal and specifications by operator around the world.Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.Working closely in sales team to understand customer's requirement, business environment and formulate project strategies and value proposition for proposals.Engage internal stakeholders such as product, engineering service delivering and assurance.Supporting presales including solution design, request for quotation, pre-sale testing and extensive customer centric communication to ensure business success.Providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers majoring in IP Solution, SD-WAN, Telco Cloud, SDN, Managed Security.Identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities.Able to conduct workshop speeches, outlining products and solutions, delivering high-quality speeches to audiences across the state.Candidate Requirements: Required Degree in Engineering & IT related background or equivalent.Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.Possess strong analytical skills, communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.Proactive, innovative, ability to communicate easily and effectively at all levels in the organization.Outstanding business acumen, quick to capture business & technical requirements.CCIE/HCIE certificate holder are added advantages.Willing to travel oversea.
