Responsibilities:Implement, manage and troubleshoot network devices such as wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Monitor, test, and troubleshoot network performance to ensure optimal functionality.
Manage IT and network assets, including maintaining asset updates, inventory and documenting technical specifications.
Install and configure computer hardware and software.
Provide first level IT and Network Helpdesk Support.
Provide onsite IT support to outlets during business operations.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Support standby (remote/onsite) for weekends and public holidays.
Involve in vendor management on maintenance services related to CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Alarm Systems, and IT related services.
Perform basic CCTV administration.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with IT specialization.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Languages required: Mandarin and English.
Able to create network diagrams and documentation.
Good understanding and experience in LAN, WAN, and network security overall.
Familiar with bandwidth and performance analysis tools (e.g.
Netflow) and SNMP based NMS.
Familiar with VPN, SDWan and Site to site VPN with multi-factor authentication.
Require travel to the outlets and must possess own vehicle for transportation of IT equipment when needed.
