It Application Engineer

Job responsibilities:
1.responsible for MES, WMS system operation and maintenance support;
2. Responsible for recording, analyzing, solving and sorting out user system use problems, proposing improvement measures and norms after sorting out problems, and organizing implementation;
3. Allocation of user rights and adjustment of usage parameters;
4. Responsible for the implementation and promotion of MES and WMS system functions;
5. responsible for system function testing, and organize and train new users to carry out system function testing;
6. Responsible for compiling user operation manual.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in computer science, science and technology;
2. with WMS, MES system application experience and system analysis ability, can independently complete process analysis and optimization, functional requirements document design;
3.Proficient in English and Malaysian, Mandarin communication is preferred;
4.with good communication, coordination skills, and good teamwork skills.
