Job DescriptionThe IT Business Partner (BP) supports the Cluster IT Manager in improving business performance and efficiency with scalable and cost-effective technology solutions in dedicated business units/functions.
They collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities, and translate them into IT solutions and projects.
Additionally, they provide strategic guidance and advice to business stakeholders on how technology can support and enhance business processes and operations.
The IT Business Partner also facilitates communication and collaboration between IT teams and business units to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and services.
Builds & keeps up to date the technology roadmap:
• Clarify business problems and opportunities within the context of business units/functions priorities and recommend technology solutions to help achieve goals and improve business processes.
• Lead IT/system related business process improvements by identifying opportunities and developing initiatives that enable business innovation and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to evaluate technology options and capabilities, develop business cases, and manage the design of IT solutions.
• Ensure compliance with global & local IT policies and procedures, including thorough understanding and strict adherence to guidelines on "Combined Business Model".
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, standardization, and harmonization of the IT services in alignment with global teams.
• Manage third parties related to applications and project activities.
IT Project Pipeline Management:
• Gather key IT information data (I2P template) for the Value Creation Planning or cluster Business project.
• Initialize projects, reviewing quality control, system implementation control, and documentation.
• Own the pipeline of IT projects in dedicated business units/functions and ensure their successful implementation, including project prioritization, project risk management, budget, reporting, etc.
• Support change management & technology tools training activities in dedicated business units/functions.
Technical through leadership & business acumen:
• Develop a deep understanding of how the business processes work, the challenges faced, and translate business needs into IT-related solutions.
• Share and incorporate internal best practices, as well as drive scaling of available solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in the FMCG market and bring outside-in perspective to business stakeholders.
Qualifications• Degree in Computer Science and/or Business Analytics.
• Certification in Project Management Professional.
• Must have Business Proficiency in English.
• Minimum 5 years' experience driving process improvement and project management in the technology domain (from IT or business side) in a dynamic environment.
• Experience of project definition and scoping, formulation of feasibility studies, and benefits cases.
• Ability to build strong relationships and translate business needs into IT-enabled solutions.
• Focus on delivering value to stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Connect strategy to execution and drive results as a team.
