It Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:



-Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results


-Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.


-Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases


-Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.


-Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.


-Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.

-Able to communicate well with both customers and internal team


-Objective oriented and have sense of ownership for each project

; Requirements:- Job Requirements:



-Should possess a Degree in IT or relevant fields


-At least a minimum of 3 years' experience in related field


-Proficiency in English and Mandain is a must


-Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision


-Experience in QA testing will be an added advantage


-Must have good written or oral communication skills


-Overseas travel might be required


-If you background in Data Analytics is an added advantage .
