RoleWe are looking for an ambitious Outbound Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
As a BDM, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue for Titan.
A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success and Solution team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.
ResponsibilitiesHandle our sales conversion process for Small & Medium Businesses.
Develop and manage relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in Malaysia.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
Stay up to date in the Cloud landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
Act as the main point of contact for clients in understanding their business objectives, ensuring our software aligns with their needs.
Proactively identify and address client's concerns or issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Serve as a liaison between clients and our technical support team, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional modules, features, and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
RequirementsOutbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at an IT company.
Extensive experience selling to customers in Malaysia.
Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
Previous experience in a startup is preferred.
