Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Full time
Optimizes operations through analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes, fostering efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Analyze current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement, to streamline operations and increase productivity.
Utilize automation/productivity tools such as MS Power Automate / PowerApps to streamline repetitive tasks and increase productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear and actionable process documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain process maps, diagrams, and flowcharts to visually represent business processes and facilitate understanding across teams.
Implement process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, to drive operational excellence and achieve cost savings.
Conduct regular audits and evaluations of existing processes to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, fostering communication and ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, proactively recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvement solutions.
Familiarity with IT systems, software tools, and methodologies related to process improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or Agile, is preferred.
Proficiency in documenting processes, workflows, and requirements using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and written documentation.
Ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to gather requirements, address concerns, and gain buy-in for process changes.
Experience in managing process improvement projects, including planning, executing, and monitoring activities to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of changes.
