Responsibilities: Establish Nephroflow systems both locally and in regional countries.Travel within the region for installation, sales support, project implementation, discussions, site inspections, installations, training, and troubleshooting.Conduct an initial FIT/GAP analysis and assist the product management team in identifying suitable solutions.Coordinate server installations with the hospital IT team, providing all necessary information.Oversee the activation and testing of integrations, offering technical assistance to establish the system during the project's initial phase (POC).Install the system, ensuring proper hardware and software configurations.Integrate the system with weight scales, providing the required hardware and software solutions.Implement necessary integrations according to various user requirements from external departments.Understand the application thoroughly and provide user training for key users.Maintain the system both on-site and remotely after installation.Troubleshoot and address day-to-day user errors, network issues, missing data, and data transfer problems to external systems.Provide training for internal staff members in respective countries.Requirements: 2 years of experience in related fieldExcellent problem-solving, communication skills in project management, including job scheduling.Willing to standby and be responsive for support during off-hours or weekends.This is a regional role – requires travelling to our subsidiaries as and when necessaryWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
