Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and hardware issues.
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.
* Manage and resolve issues related to Microsoft Outlook, including email setup, troubleshooting, and user support.
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
* Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
* Document and track issues, resolutions, and updates in the IT support ticketing system.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
* Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and user experience.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with various software applications and operating systems.
