Job Responsibilities
Responsible for hardware, software, networking, and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Provide support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
Monitor system performance, network traffic, and server health to identify and address issues proactively.
Implement cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Manage inventory of computers and other hardware; manage new computer setups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business goals.
Implement regular maintenance, including software updates.
Conduct daily checks of the network/server room, including inspections of network equipment, operation status, and log analysis.
Responsible for the management and maintenance of the access card system, including modules like access control, consumption, and visitor management.
Handle visitor Wi-Fi account setup and issue resolution; maintain the telephone system and handle faults.
Website development and maintenance.
