It Executive – Networking & Infrastructure (Sandakan, Sabah)

Responsibilities:Support and administrate network devices (switches, routers, firewall, AP, etc.).
Manage all telecommunications related services with internal and external service/telco providers.
Support and manage IoT related, network dashboard, mobile devices, etc.
Provide hardware support to ensure seamless operations for end users.
Ensure all IT related components such as computers, servers, and network systems are secure and stable to minimize interruptions/downtime in operation.
Ensure application and infrastructure support are managed within IT SLA for smooth daily operation.
Ensure compliance with KLK Group IT policies and procedures.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and system backups.
Requirements:Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT Networking or equivalent.
Preferred knowledge skills in server and network environment.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in related fields.
Strong spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fast learner, independent, and self-motivated.
Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Willing to be based in Sandakan, Sabah.
Expected to travel to Operating Centres to implement projects and support whenever needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
