Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
About the roleVision Tech Worldwide Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented IT Helpdesk Support to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our internal and external customers, ensuring their IT-related issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
What you'll be doing
Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a range of hardware, software, and networking issues
Responding to support requests through various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing systems
Documenting and escalating complex issues to the appropriate IT teams for further investigation and resolution
Maintaining accurate records of support activities and completing relevant documentation
Assisting with the implementation and testing of new technologies and systems
Continuously expanding your knowledge to provide the best possible support to our customers
What we're looking for
A minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT helpdesk or customer support role
Fresh Graduate is allowed to apply with condition
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Proficiency in using IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems, remote access tools, and knowledge management platforms
A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
