QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
Experience with server and storage systems (Windows Server, Linux, SAN/NAS).
Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a member of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation team, supporting IT projects and working closely with business stakeholders, end users, and vendor partners.
Develop and deploy IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, and network systems.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure design, configuration, and procedures.
Work closely within the IT function and inter-departments to support MES project requirements.
Administer Linux, Nutanix, VMware, and Windows-based systems, both in on-premises and cloud environments.
Provide support for any technical/qualification activities during system installation, technical support, troubleshooting, or upgrade activities by vendor or IT helpdesk team.
Prepare and review the IFQ and IQ test scripts before and after execution.
Execute test scripts for IFQ and IQ as per the approved protocol/qualification plan.
Maintain qualified computer system infrastructure and user technical support with the help of the IT helpdesk.
Act as a technical reviewer for IFQ and IQ test scripts before and after execution as per the agreed responsibility matrix.
Ensure all three layers of the system meet business needs, easily scale up, adapt to new features, utilize the latest technologies, tools, and services, and align with company policies and goals.
Design, deploy, maintain, upgrade, and secure networks with all their software and hardware components.
Knowledge of CSV deliverables related to IT.
Manage project risks and issues and seek immediate manager attention proactively when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
