It Internship

**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and workstations.- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving them in a timely manner.- Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and data backups.- Collaborate with the IT team to monitor network performance, security, and compliance with IT policies.- Learn and implement cybersecurity best practices to ensure data protection and system integrity.- Assist in documenting IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to share insights and propose innovative solutions.**Job Requirements**- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about IT operations and support.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and address technical issues.- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and end-users.- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.- Proficiency in using common office software suites (e.g., MS 365).- Availability to work for the duration of the internship period.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- When your internship period started?
