Analyse the top 10 IT service requests data and propose improvements.
Analyse the top 10 IT incidents from the manufacturing site Penang and propose improvements.
Work on the IT service management data.
Extract, transform, and structure the data.
Visualize data using PowerBI.
Build reports.
