Panel Plus operates the business of manufacturing and distributing Particle Board, MDF board and melamine-coated panel with high technology and friendly to environment. Responsibility End-user Support: Provided 1st level computer hardware, network and application services and troubleshooting.Provided 1st level support for ERP system and coordinated with vendor for next level supports.Provide basic training to users regarding information technology, cyber security and applications system.IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensuring computer servers, networks, routers, and switches are set and work properly.Ensuring cyber security, data backup and disaster recovery plan are managed as company policy.Ensuring IT inventory and system documents were continue updated.Other Responsibilities: Cooperated to implement IT projectsContinued learning to update knowledge related to IT trends and technologies.Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.At least 3 years of experiences in desktop, printer, network and other servicesAt least 1 year of experience in server and network managementStrong knowledge of computer hardware
and software, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), Microsoft Office Suite,
and antivirus software.Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
