It Operation Manager

Role: IT Operation Manager Location: Westport, Port Klang Duration: Full time Job Description: REQUIREMENTS •This roles requires the individual to manage a team of managers consisting of the following tower leads / managers which consist of Infrastructure Manager, Network Manager, Cyber Security Manager, Helpdesk Manager, End User Computing Manager & ITSM Manager) •ITIL Certified preferred •Minimum Experience: 10 Years in Information Technology environments •Typically has minimum of 5 years of IT delivery and client experience in a structured project management culture environment. Familiarity with multiple types of domains, Linux and Windows servers and associated operating systems and Data Center resources provisioning and experience with network infrastructure technologies. •Technical skills with industry certification is a plus. (Redhat, MCSE, VMware Nutanix etc) •Strong leadership and communication skills •Have deep understanding on IT Infrastructure technologies and helping the team to remove impediments when encountered. •Strong people and project management skills with the ability to achieve results in highly ambiguous and changing environments •Has a good aptitude to foster good communication and managed well in relationship. •Able to accept to work in a Vendor / Client environment. •Ability to work in highly process driven and outsourced work environment. •Professional experience facilitating cross-functional team efforts. •Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently and drives team members to reach goals. •Able to add value and a driver to excel in delivery. •High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude and teamwork. •Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
