Open Position: IT Operation Services Engineer (Financial Services Company)   A Financial Services Company is currently hiring for IT Operation Services Engineer to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key Responsibilities: Holds a Degree in Information Technology where the role is open for fresh graduates Provide day-to-day technical support to IT operations with the responsibility to be on stand-by rotations to ensure business runs smoothly Perform troubleshooting, recovery and root cause analysis efforts when needs arises/during escalations Good experience in building rapport and establish collaboration within other IT Departments and business stakeholders Good experience within Windows, Unix/Linux environment with IT Infrastructure knowledge Good analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively If you are interested, please send your CV to  for a confidential discussion.
