Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy and Implementation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
Lead the implementation of new technology solutions, including IoT infrastructure, mobile applications, web applications, and central payment systems.
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of all software and hardware systems.
Ensure seamless operation of systems such as washer/dryer software setups and other operational technologies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to understand their needs and challenges.
Plan, research, and implement technology solutions that streamline processes and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
Facilitate the onboarding and training of staff on new systems and technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Ensure that technology implementations deliver tangible value to stakeholders and users.
Provide guidance and support to maximize the benefits of new technologies.

Project Management:

RequirementsEducation and Experience:
