It Pmo/ Pmo Consultant (Internal Role)

Job Ref: QXV4XYYY We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized IT PMO/ PMO Consultant to support the successful implementation and execution of SAP projects within our organization. With strong organizational skills and a passion for SAP project management, this role is highly desirable.
1 headcount: Mandarin speaking (local)1 headcount: Non-Mandarin speaking (ex-pats living in Malaysia is acceptable) Responsibilities: Support Project Managers: Collaborate with project managers for smooth project execution.Documentation Management: Create, update, and maintain project documentation.Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and tracking.Risk and Issue Tracking: Identify, document, and track project risks and issues.Change Control: Manage change control processes.Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance activities.Training and User Support: Provide training and support for SAP project management tools.Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities.Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field.Proven experience in project administration or coordination, preferably within SAP projects or IT project management.Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.Proficiency in SAP project management tools and software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Relevant certifications preferred.Please send your updated CV to ******** if the role is relevant to your experience.
