Assistant Manager - Project Management

Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare Project Brief, master program implementation and cost study. Plan and ensure timely completion of project within approved budget and in compliance with contract obligations. Check and ensure all drawing are well coordinated and developer's requirements are being met. Perform general contract administration. Compile and submit weekly progress report as required by Superior. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in M&E / C&S / QS / Architectural  At least 5 years of working experience in the related field. Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia &  Mandarin . (spoken & written) Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
